  1. I would like to mention here some issues that Canadians face whilst shopping at Frey Meyer stores here in the State of Washington. First of all, you post your flyer on the website very late at night, so that Canadians who go shopping the State of Washington next day cannot see what deals are available.
I have spoken about this matter to the management of the State of Washington, but they do not have control or say in the matter, it comes strictly from Ohio. Maybe you should post your flyer earlier in the day, so that next day when Canadians go shopping, have some ideas or deals that would enhance their shopping.
If Canadian go shopping, say on Tuesday, instead of Wednesday, when your flyer in the operation, management should give consideration regarding price difference, so that the customers are not unhappy. You should give consideration to the price that is posted on Wednesday flyer for Canadians who go shopping on Tuesdays, in stead of Wednesdays, and really speaking there is not much difference to give price consideration on Tuesdays, rather than saying the price for Wednesdays stays. Of course, the Canadians are not asking a lot of difference, surely something is better than nothing. I hope you see my point of view in this matter.
I am really hoping that somebody could call me and speak about this matter so that we have satisfaction in customer service that is offered even at McDonald’s.
My number is 01-604-525-5985. Thank you

  2. I HEARD THAT KROGER WAS GOING TO CLOSE AT MIDNIGHT HERE SOON. THAT WOULD BE A BIG INCONVENIENCE TO ME. I WORK LATE AND DO MY SHOPPING AROUND 1 OR 2 AM. I hope you do not close at midnight. Please keep stores open 24 hours. i live in Bloomington Indiana 47401

  3. This store has improved hundred fold with management changes these last several months. It was your “filthy and nasty” loser of a store. Thank you

  4. I am dismayed at the Kroger takeover of Mariano’s stores because it has resulted in a notable drop in quality of stock and, even worse, in improper stocking of staples in my local Edgewater Mariano’s. I have been continually disappointed in the poor management of stock in my store. A few examples follow: No frozen peas for one week, no fresh celery in the entire store last night, no low fat cream on several trips, no fresh lettuce that is not saturated with water and of inferior quality, loss of brands to which I was loyal under Mariano’s management. I am generally unsatisfied on every trip because this time it might be the jumbo eggs I always buy that are not there or some other staple item will be missing. If this were a one time occurance I would not be writing, but it is constant.

If Kroger wishes to close the Edgewater Mariano’s, I think you are well on your way. Many of my neighbors have voiced the same complaint. I have brought my issue to store employees who are apologetic, but say Kroger controls their inventory. There are no groceries “in the back” waiting to be put on shelves. There are always groceries missing and this reflects the worst management of stock that I have ever seen. Edgewater needs a good grocery store, and Maraianos was able to give Jewel a run for its money. But no more. This situation is driving me and my neighbors and friends to other brand stores. What a shame.

  5. The West Jordan Pharmacy 90th South & 4800 W has been difficult to reach by telephone. I called and called and finally had the store’s customer service try. After 2 times of of trying to connect me someone walked back and told them to answer my call. When they picked up I was told they were having trouble with their phone line. In the past I have tried to walk in but ended up waiting over an hour to fill a script. I have a doctor who now refuses to send prescriptions to this store because of your staff and how difficult it was for him to send in a prescription.
